DADH: Six members of a family, travelling in a car, were crushed to death by a truck, two kilometers away from Jagraon, near Ludhiana.

<div class="section1"><div class="Normal">DADH: Six members of a family, travelling in a car, were crushed to death early Monday morning by a truck, two kilometres from Jagraon. <br /><br />Ishwar Kalia, 36, was travelling alongwith his wife, two children, and two friends from Moga to New Delhi in an Indica car. It is understood that the car was rammed head on by a 10-tyred truck, heading for Moga.

<br /><br />The clash left all the six in the car dead on the spot. The truck bearing a Haryana number plate was abandoned by its driver, who is believed to have fled from the scene. <br /><br />Ishwar Kalia, was an employee with the Nestle company at Moga. Ironically, Ishwar Kalia, along with his family and friends, was on his way to Delhi to attend the funeral of his father. <br /><br />The accident took place at Dadh village, a couple of kilometres short of Jagraon, while travelling from Moga to Ludhiana. The reason behind the accident is still not known. Meanwhile, the dead bodies were sent to the civil hospital for a post mortem report. <br /><br /><formid=367815></formid=367815></div> </div>
